Technical description
Tight shut-off check valve suitable for mounting in horizontal and vertical pipework’s (flow only upwards).
A rubber lined, steel reinforced and easy movable disc is serving as closing device.
Die Rückschlagklappe zeichnet sich durch eine dicht schließende Klappe aus, die auch bei geringem Rückdruck zuverlässig schließt.
Durch die Gummiauflage auf der Klappenscheibe, welche ein integriertes elastisches Gelenk besitzt, ist ein weiches Schließverhalten garantiert.
Die Auskleidung des Gehäuses gibt es in Hartgummi (NR) oder ungummiert bzw. mit Weichgummi (CR).
Insgesamt zeichnet sich die Rückschlagklappe von AZS als robuste, wartungsfreie Konstruktion aus, welche eine langlebige Benutzung mit höchsten Standards garantiert.

- einsetzbar im Bereich Chemikalien (Säuren und Laugen), Feststoffhaltige Flüssigkeiten (Abwasser, Papierindustrie), aufbereitetes Wasser (vollentsalztes Wasser)
- Gehäuse aus Späroguss mit Innengummierung
- große Auswahl an Mebranwerkstoffen (IIR, NR, NBR,EPDM, CSM, Viton)
- öffnet/schließt schnell und leichtgängig
- keine Lager, keine Welle, kein Verschleiß
- verhindert Druckstoß in Pumpendruckleitungen, - auch in schwierigen Fällen
- lange Standzeit, wartungsfrei
- in allen gängigen Größen verfügbar

Available sizes DN 15 - 250 / PN 10-16, with flanges acc. to DIN 2501 PN acc. to pricelist. Face to face dimensions acc. to DIN 3202, part 1, series F6 ( DN 15-32 series F1).
